Pediatric Hospitalist Clinical Faculty

For mid-career candidates with demonstrated leadership experience or administrative potential, protected leadership opportunities are available in areas including quality, patient safety, clinical operations, and program development. What you’ll do: Deliver outstanding evidence-based inpatient care on our newly designed 26-bed pediatric medical-surgical unit. Partner closely with pediatric subspecialists in a collaborative tertiary/quaternary care environment.

Teach and mentor pediatric residents and medical students within an expanding academic program. Participate in quality improvement, patient safety, clinical innovation, and multidisciplinary initiatives. Contribute to the continued growth and strategic direction of Pediatric Hospital Medicine at Guerin Children's.

For experienced candidates, assume administrative leadership responsibilities with opportunities to develop programs, improve operations, and mentor junior faculty.
