At UW we focus on quality outcomes while maintaining an excellent work life balance. We are seeking a Pediatric Hybrid Perfusionist to: Provide cardiopulmonary life support for high acuity surgical procedures utilizing cardiopulmonary bypass and ECMO. Approximately 80% pediatric/20% adult.
Support procedures in the Cath lab, Hybrid OR and Intensive Care Units. Assist in the design of institutional protocols and provide continuing education of staff and operating room personnel. Encourage and actively support the mission of the Cardiac Surgery, ECMO and Mechanical Circulatory Assist programs.

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and graduate of Perfusion program Required Master's Degree in related field Preferred Work Experience 3 years of post-training clinical experience providing CPB for adult cardiac surgical procedures including coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), valve replacements, and aortic aneurysm repairs Preferred Experience in providing CPB for cardiac transplantation, ventricular assist device implantation, and congenital pediatric procedures.
