✓Requirements
Certifications
✓If credentialed after 2002, must maintain active membership status for credentials issued by the National Board for Respiratory Care.
✓Active ASBRT LRT required, active NBRC RRT required, BLS required, additional certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc) may be required depending upon area assigned.
✓Neonatal Pediatric Transport certification required if assisting with regional ground transport.
Education
✓Degree in Respiratory Care required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
Qualifications
✓Minimum 1 year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist, and/or pulmonary function testing required.
✓Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software.
✓Strong team leadership skills, strong organization, interpersonal, and customer relations skills.
✓Must be able to meet strict deadlines.
✓Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, and excellent organizational skills.
✓Must be able to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
✓Ability to develop trust with leaders in the organizations.
✓Strong written and oral communication skills, proficient computer skills, proven track record of successful performance.
✓Ability to understand complex multifactor situations and bring appropriate solutions.
