You’ll need
Licensure
✓Licensed Occupational Therapist in state(s) of practice required .
Certified Occupational Therapist through the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) preferred.
Certifications
✓Basic Life Support (BCLS) through the American Heart Association required .
✓IA Adult Dependent Abuse Mandatory Reporter Training in state(s) where providing care required .
✓I L Adult Dependent Abuse Mandatory Reporter Training in state(s) where providing care required .
Education
✓Bachelor’s Degree required for applicants graduating from an accredited Occupational Therapy program prior to 2007.
✓Master of Occupational Therapy (MOT) or clinical Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (OTD) required for applicants graduating from accredited Occupational Therapy programs 2007 to present.
Qualifications
✓One (1) year experience if with UnityPoint @ Home required .
✓Recent graduates will be considered.
✓IA Child Abuse Mandatory Reporter Training in state(s) where providing care required .
✓I L Child Abuse Mandatory Reporter Training in state(s) where providing care required .
Prior work as an OT in practice area preferred.
