Part Time 20hrs/weekShift: Monday-Friday shifts will vary based on clinic needLocation: 1311 Minnesota Ave Suite C Winter Park FL 32789Designs and implements a treatment plan of care utilizing practice standards and recommended techniques and modalities, insurance guidelines, and patient’s needs. Assesses patient's ability to safely and effectively perform functional mobilty skills, an evaluates muscle, nerve, joint, and integumentary systems.

Monitors patient response to and progress in treatment, modifying treatment plan as appropriate. Provides discharge planning assistance and information regarding appropriate selection/use of adaptive equipment and follow-up services. Communicates appropriately and effectively with patients, family, and healthcare professionals within and across care settings and communities.
