Licensure
✓CA PA License-required
✓National PA Board certification -required
✓NPI#, DEA#, Enrollment in PECOS, Enrollment on CURES- required
Certifications
✓BLS from AHA or ARC- required
✓PALS Certification-required
Education
✓Degree in a PA Program-required
Qualifications
✓Min of three (3) years of relevant oncology exp- required ( 3 years- Pediatric Onc exp preferred)
✓Ability to utilize excel, word and other software programs-required
✓Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and collaborative working relationships with administrative, clinical and academic personnel-required
✓Skill in working independently and following through with minimum direction-required
✓Ability to set priorities-required
✓Demonstrate writing skills to compose logical, detailed and grammatically correct correspondence-required
✓Document patient care in a concise and comprehensive manner-required

About the role
