✓Current Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) , Registered Sleep Technologist (RST) , or Respiratory Therapist with Sleep Disorders Specialty (SDS) credential.
✓Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers.
Certification in Clinical Sleep Health (CCSH) preferred.
Qualifications
✓Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Polysomnographic Technologist.
1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience. preferred
College coursework and/or continuing education in a related field. preferred
Strong organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities. preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to provide clear direction and coaching. preferred
Proven ability to build trust, foster teamwork, and create a positive work environment. preferred
Experience measuring and improving employee productivity and operational performance. preferred
Comprehensive knowledge of sleep acquisition hardware and software. preferred

About the role

This position is responsible for managing day-to-day operations and ensuring that quality patient care is provided across multiple sleep clinics and/or sleep labs throughout a designated geographic area. This includes developing, managing, and achieving budgetary and financial objectives, quality improvement initiatives, program service development, and personnel management for all assigned locations.
