*Up to $2,000 Sign on Bonus* Wolfson Children's Hospital is currently looking to add a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to our Outpatient Pediatric Rehab Team in Lake City, FL. This is a PRN opportunity at Wolfson Children's Specialty Care Center - Lake City (Columbia County) location. The ideal candidate would be flexible to work weekdays during periods of high census.
Previous experience working in a pediatric outpatient setting and evaluation experience is required. No weekend, holiday, or call rotation. Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist, Outpatient Rehab
Evaluation and treatment of patients with all diagnoses. Provide extensive patient/family education. Provide multidisciplinary team care with other Rehab. professionals, nursing, physicians, social services, respiratory, support staff, etc.
Work in a fast-paced setting requiring good time management, detailed documentation skills in the EMR, self-directed, and effective communication skills. Experience
