What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration preferred.
Master's degree of Nursing required.
