Educational Requirements High School Diploma required Experience Requirements Applicants must have completed a minimum of PRC Academy training or hold and maintain a valid PRCS certification. Attendance at PRC refresher trainings will be required as part of the role. Minimum Education and

The candidate must be actively engaged in his/her own recovery program with a minimum of three years of demonstrated personal recovery and sustained abstinence from alcohol and/or drug use. Minimum of 1 year experience as a peer recovery coach Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong customer service and organizational skills Clear and compassionate communication—written, verbal, and electronic Ability to thrive in a high-stress, fast-paced environment Solid math, reading, adaptability, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with typing and word processing

Salary Range: Minimum 17.76/hour - Maximum 26.64/hour.
Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
