✓1-3 years Experience in assessing psychological needs and providing psychological first aid as well as group support and relevant documentation.
✓1-3 years Experience working in the mental health and well-being field.
✓Experience in assessing psychological needs and providing psychological first aid as well as group support and relevant documentation.
✓Knowledge of strategies for sustaining health care personnel well-being.
✓Skill in logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
✓Skill in crisis response as it pertains to traumatic events, disaster, health-related pandemics and longstanding socioeconomic disparities.
✓Ability to utilize internal and external resources to assist with linkages to collaborative services.
✓Ability to maintain strict confidentiality related to service provision and case details.
✓Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team.
✓Ability to respond to feedback and incorporate into practice.
