Technical Skill :- Certifications – CBA, CSA, CSSA Should be able to configuring and develop PRPC Rules/UI/UX/Data Model/Activities/Correspondence. Should have good command on with Case Management, Stages. Should be able to work independently on Pega Should have hands on PRPC tools like SMA, PAL, Tracer, Log Analyzer etc Good, if has experience in Email Listener, Access rules or Pega Frameworks.
