Academic background in Liberal Arts, Social Sciences, Business, or analytical disciplines (e.g., Political Science, Sociology, Psychology, Economics, Finance, Communications, Hospitality, or related fields) preferred
Demonstrated ability to translate academic or extracurricular experiences into structured thinking, problem-solving, or execution preferred
Leadership or coordination experience in team-based environments preferred
Experience with data, analytics, customer-facing, or event-based roles preferred
Experience with or interest in AI tools or emerging technologies preferred
Demonstrated curiosity about organizations, talent, and culture preferred
