Associates degree in business or related field from an accredited college or university preferred
Qualifications
✓1+ years in an administrative assistant role and front-facing customer service experience either business-to-customer or business-to-business
✓Intermediate level skills in MS Excel and MS Word
✓Accurate typing at a minimum speed of 30wpm
✓Proven critical thinking skills
✓Proven to be detail oriented and organized
✓Proven excellent communication skills
✓Proven ability to interface with all levels of customers internal and external, medical staff and management personnel
Medical Terminology preferred
Working knowledge of all business software preferred
Proven ability to handle a variety of tasks with speed, attention to detail and accuracy preferred
Proven good analytical and mathematical ability preferred
