Licensure
✓Current and unrestricted New Jersey Physical Therapist license issued by the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs.
Certifications
✓Appropriate New Jersey School Certification in Physical Therapy required.
Education
✓Master's degree or higher from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
