As a Speech ‑ Language Pathologist in our Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Department , you will play an essential role in delivering world ‑ class , patient ‑ centered care.

Our clinicians are recognized leaders in the field—actively involved in research, education, and clinical excellence. In this role, you will: Evaluate and treat medically complex patients with communication and swallowing disorders in both inpatient and outpatient settings Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Coordinate care plans and provide education and support to patients, families, and staff Serve as a clinical resource while contributing to continuous improvement and innovation within the department Build a foundation for long ‑ term professional growth, advancement, and leadership opportunities Required Qualifications Master’s Degree from an accredited Speech ‑ Language Pathology program ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC ‑ SLP) Active New York State Speech ‑ Language Pathology license Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
