✓Licensure/Certification/Registry: • American Society of Quality (ASQ) Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required.
✓Must maintain certification through ASQ recertification process
Education
✓Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Organizational Behavior, Healthcare Management or related field required. • In lieu of Bachelor’s degree, 5 years related experience will be considered. • Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health
Qualifications
✓Other Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: • Advanced ability to perform data analysis, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable strategies. • Strong facilitation and change management skills to lead diverse teams. • Ability to independently balance multiple high-priority projects
Black Belt preferred.
Experience: • Minimum 2 years of on-the-job experience in one or more areas: Six Sigma and Lean Methodologies, Analytical Tools, and/or Team Facilitation • Demonstrated success leading system-level or cross-departmental projects to improve outcomes, patient safety, or operational performance. • preferred
