Licensure
✓Holds a current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Kentucky.
✓Kentucky Nursing License.
Certifications
Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred.
Education
✓Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field required.
Qualifications
Three (3) years nursing experience, preferably in an acute care setting. preferred
A minimum of two (2) years experience in performance improvement preferred.
