You’ll need
Licensure
✓New York State licensure and certification as a Perfusionist by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion
✓Upon obtaining, employee has up to one year to obtain full license.
Certifications
✓Bachelors Degree in Perfusion Technology or Bachelor Degree with a Certificate in Perfusion Technology from an accredited cardiovascular perfusion education program.
Qualifications
✓1 year experience as a Perfusionist (inclusive of clinical rotations)
✓NYS Limited Permit must be obtained before treatment begins. This is specifically for hires outside of NYS.

About the role
The Perfusionist performs functions necessary for the support, treatment, measurement or supplementation of the cardiopulmonary and circulatory system of the patient.
