Under the direction of a registered nurse, responsible for providing support to nursing staff and assisting in the delivery of patient care following departmental and hospital policies and procedures.
- Transports patients.
- Performs basic patient care duties.
- Performs general unit support activities such as cleaning of rooms, running errands, stocking supplies.
- Assists with basic desk duties such as answering phones and order entry.
- Performs other related responsibilities as necessary. Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
