- Provide personal training services by developing exercise prescriptions and programs for members on a one-on-one basis. Prescribe flexibility, cardiovascular, and strength training exercises to assist members in goal achievement. Maintain member information and tracking.
Build a repeat clientele and recruit new clientele. - Assist in planning, coordination, presentation and promotion of programs, classes, and events. Design and lead special programs as necessary. - Demonstrate knowledge, ability and implementation of all polices and procedure related to the Fitness operations. Maintain a safe and clean environment. - Respond to all emergencies. - Other duties and special projects as assigned.
