Rotating | PRN How you’ll make an impact in this role Ensure the precise selection, dosing, and administration of medication orders. Review medication profiles to identify, prevent, and resolve potential or actual drug-related problems. Oversee and execute compounding and dispensing of medications.
Deliver patient counseling to ensure medication adherence and clear understanding of therapeutic goals. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Pharmacist credentialed from the Maryland Board of Pharmacy obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.
