Licensure
✓Pharmacy License (RPh) in the State of Ohio, Board Certification.
Board certification with the Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS) in Pharmacotherapy or other specialty areas preferred.
Certifications
✓Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association (AHA).
Education
