Baptist Medical Center is currently looking to add an Emergency Department Pharmacist to our Pharmacy at Baptist South located in Jacksonville, FL. This is a full time, evening shift, opportunity to work 7 days on, 7 days off. The schedule would be evening shift, working 13:00 to 23:30.
As the ED Pharmacist, you will be responsible for: Enters orders with great accuracy. Checks technician work for accuracy prior to release of medications and solutions to the floor. Supervises technicians and serves on committees as assigned.
Answers questions for all health care professionals. Serves as a consultant for members of the medical staff. Monitors patient therapy as assigned, including pharmacokinetics service.
