The Pharmacist provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care through integrated drug distribution and clinical services ensuring the safe and effective utilization of medications. The Pharmacist is responsible for the dispensing and monitoring of medication therapy in accordance with all applicable regulations and standards. *This is for an overnight shift that works 7 days on, 7 days off, 12-hour shifts from 8:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.

The team member is responsible for all holidays that fall under the shift .* Qualifications Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Graduate of an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy, or equivalent, with a minimum of a BS degree in Pharmacy. Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred: 1-2 years of hospital pharmacy experience. Knowledge of principles of USP 795, 797, and 800.
