As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will: Partner with interdisciplinary teams to optimize medication therapy and clinical outcomes. Provide pharmacokinetic monitoring and medication management expertise. Identify and implement opportunities to improve quality, safety, and patient outcomes.
Develop evidence-based practices, protocols, and order sets. Conduct medication use evaluations and quality improvement initiatives. Educate physicians, nurses, and pharmacy team members on clinical pharmacy initiatives.
Support Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee activities and medication stewardship efforts. Mentor and precept pharmacy students and support pharmacist development. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy Current Arizona Pharmacist License BLS Certification Pharmacy Practice Residency or equivalent clinical experience
