Licensure
✓Licensed Pharmacist by the State of Arkansas or eligible for licensure by the State of Arkansas.
✓Certification as a licensed Pharmacist by the State of Arkansas or eligible for licensure by the State of Arkansas
Education
✓Current University of Arkansas System employees, including student employees and graduate assistants, need to log in to Workday via MyApps.
✓Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy plus 1 year of experience working as a pharmacist (or pharmacy intern) in a retail or hospital setting.
✓Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy plus 3 years of experience working as a pharmacist in a retail or hospital setting, or PGY-1 residency
Graduate of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy with a Pharm.D. preferred
Advanced degree – (MS, MBA, MHA, MPA, etc.) AND/OR Completion of a general or administrative ASHP-accredited residency preferred
Qualifications
