Review and verify medicationReview and verify medication orders to ensure accuracy, appropriateness, and safety for each patient
Design and adjust therapeuticDesign and adjust therapeutic regimens and monitoring plans tailored to cardiology patients
Prepare and dispense medicationsPrepare and dispense medications through accurate compounding, packaging, and labeling in compliance with all regulations
Serve as a trustedServe as a trusted drug therapy resource by consulting with patients and care teams on dosing, interactions, side effects, and safe medication use
Document clinical pharmacy activitiesDocument clinical pharmacy activities and interventions clearly and accurately in the medical record
