Licensure
✓Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License
Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) --or-- preferred
Education
✓A graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy
Qualifications
PGY2 Oncology Pharmacy Residency --or-- preferred
2 years of Pharmacist experience in an Outpatient Oncology Infusion Center preferred

About the role
This position is a member of a multi-disciplinary team and is responsible for assuring safe, efficient, cost-effective drug therapy for all patients. The pharmacist is responsible for providing clinical drug information to meet the needs of the customers, including physicians, nurses, patients and other healthcare professionals.
