PHARMACIST - PER DIEM / ON CALL Fairfax Behavioral Health Hospital is seeking a Per Diem Staff Pharmacist. The Staff Pharmacist is responsible for the complete and efficient operation of the pharmacy within all legal and accreditation/certification requirements and applicable facility policies, procedures, codes and standards. This includes administrative, pharmaceutical, and professional functions relating to pharmaceutical care provided at this facility.

Wage Range: Minimum: $53.20/hour Maximum: $80.47/hour Work

Graduate from an accredited Pharmacy Program is required.

A minimum of three (3) years hospital pharmaceutical experience is preferred; must possess the experience to oversee the provision of medication requirements for the patient populations treated in this facility, including knowledge of dosage for age-specific populations.

Currently licensed as a Pharmacist in Washington state. Additional
