Performs all accountabilities within Pharmacist scope of practice, with a focus on therapeutic assessment and intervention as needed for optimal patient care. Consultative services are provided to medical, nursing, respiratory, physical therapy, and other staff as requested. Education regarding medication use issues is provided to patients, families, and other caregivers.
Required
Valid license as a Registered Pharmacist issued by the State of California. Graduate of an accredited school of Pharmacy. BLS certification.
Salary Range: $$82.94 - $116.71 hourly. Salary will be commensurate with experience. Salary range includes night shift differential As part of our ongoing effort to remain an employer of choice, eligible employees who work qualifying weekend shifts receive a competitive weekend rate. s.
