Certifications
✓LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS (If applicable to position):
✓Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification: Must be BLS Certified within three months of hire date and maintain certification throughout employment.
✓Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required, either a certification from an American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Providers (or AHA recognized equivalent) or an American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider.
Education
✓The position of Clinical Pharmacy Specialist requires a doctoral degree in Pharmacy from an ACPE Accredited School of Pharmacy.
✓Completion of a clinical pharmacy residency program: Two years of clinical or hospital pharmacy experience may substitute for the clinical pharmacy residency program.
✓Doctor of Pharmacy degree and completion of pharmacy residency program; two years of clinical or hospital pharmacy experience may substitute for the clinical pharmacy residency program. Eligibility for licensure as a Pharmacist by the South Carolina Board of Pharmacy.
