✓SC Pharmacist License
✓Licenses and certifications: SC Pharmacist License, Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers certification is required
Certifications
✓Current BLS Certification
✓CSP Certification (preferred but not required)
✓BCACP Certification (preferred but not required)
Education
✓Doctor of Pharmacy degree and completion of a pharmacy residency program and demonstrated leadership and/or supervisory experience or 2-4 years of work experience as a registered clinical pharmacist with at least 1 year of specialty pharmacy experience and demonstrated leadership and/or supervisory
✓Doctor of Pharmacy degree and completion of a pharmacy residency program or 2 years of work experience as a registered pharmacist.

About the role
Under the general guidance of the Specialty Pharmacy Management provide clinical oversight, operational leadership, and staff management within the specialty pharmacy program. In collaboration with Specialty pharmacists and technicians ensure that the Specialty Pharmacy provides optimal care to patients as evidenced by proper drug selection, dose, route, duration of therapy, and cost effectiveness.
