✓Registration with The State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Intern
✓Interns must be actively pursuing licensure as a Registered Pharmacist through completion of academic and/or post-graduate experience requirements.
✓All interns must have an active intern license prior to employment.
Education
✓High School Diploma.
✓These qualifications can be met by active enrollment in a College of Pharmacy, or for international pharmacy graduates, satisfactorily passed the FPGEE and the TSE or TOEFL-ibt (these are completed through the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy [NABP]).

About the role

This is a part-time casual (as needed) position at Mansfield Hospital. Candidate must have an intern license and meet the requirements shown below. Must work every other weekend, be part of the holiday rotation, and be able to pick up additional hours during summer and winter breaks.

What you’ll do
Obtain, prepare, and labelObtain, prepare, and label pharmacy products according to department policy for final distribution
Produce billing, monitoring, andProduce billing, monitoring, and usage documentation of pharmacy products for proper billing and inventory purposes
Maintain sufficient inventory ofMaintain sufficient inventory of pharmacy products to enable efficient distribution
Provide information via phone/inProvide information via phone/in person to other healthcare professionals and/or customers
Submit medication charge dataSubmit medication charge data to assure proper reimbursement
