Licensure
✓Licensure as a registered pharmacist by the Idaho State Board of Pharmacy.
Certifications
Certification through ASHRM Training Program preferred.
Education
Graduation from an ASHP-accredited hospital residency with an advanced degree in pharmacy preferred –or equivalent qualification obtained through administrative experience.
Qualifications
✓Two to five years of hospital pharmacist experience required.
✓Two years of relevant administrative experience required.
✓HOURS: The Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center is a Level II Trauma Center. The pharmacy functions 24/7. The supervisor will work predominantly day shifts, but must flex and be available to support evening, weekend and night shift colleagues and needs.
Membership in the ASHP or other professional memberships preferred.
