You’ll need
Licensure
✓Current pharmacist licensure in the State of California.
Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy (BCPS) or in specialty area is preferred.
Certifications
✓BLS certification upon hire
Education
✓Pharm.D. degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy

✓Passionate about advancing innovative therapies for patients with rare and difficult to treat conditions and helping patients navigate the complexities of the healthcare system
✓Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex clinical, operational, financial, and scientific information clearly to diverse audiences
✓Maintains a strategic, forward-looking perspective on the cellular and gene therapy pipeline and identifies opportunities to prepare the organization for new therapies, technologies, indications, and treatment models
✓Is comfortable working in an evolving environment where evidence, processes, and best practices continue to develop
✓Maintains an excellent clinical database and critical thinking skills, including the ability to provide recommendations on the management of complex patients, utilizing organizational policies and evidence-based medicine
✓Is patient-centered and committed to promoting equitable access to complex, high-cost therapies while understanding the clinical, financial, and psychosocial challenges faced by patients and families
✓Possesses experience in drug information services and formulary development
✓Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills
✓Demonstrates ability to prioritize projects to meet goals
Completion of a PGY1 residency or equivalent practice experience at an academic medical center, experience with Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee and clinical project management experience is preferred.
