You’ll need
Education
✓Associate’s degree or equivalent job experience
Qualifications
✓Knowledge of government and commercial payer requirements to ensure accurate and compliant charging and billing of medications.
✓Demonstrated expertise in logical thinking, data preparation, and analysis
✓Excellent written and oral communication skills
Medical field experience preferred
2+ years of relative professional experience working in a hospital, clinic, physician office, payer business office, case management or social work departments preferred
Proficient in at least (1) hospital electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access) preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
. Financial counseling experience preferred
