Licensure
✓Active Pharmacy Technician registration in the State of Georgia
Certifications
✓Active status as a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or National Healthcare Association (NHA) preferred, CPhT required within 6 months
Education
✓High school diploma or GED
✓Completion of a formal pharmacy technician training program or two years of college with emphasis in math, science, or medical field applications
Qualifications
✓Minimum of two years of pharmacy work experience in a retail or ambulatory/outpatient clinic setting required
✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✓Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
✓Strong math skills (multiplication, division, addition, subtraction)
✓Willingness to work in a collaborative, shared leadership environment
Health center pharmacy experience preferred
340B Program experience preferred
Medication Assistance Program (MAP) experience preferred
