Pharmacy Tech I - Encinitas - Full time

Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas has served North County’s coastal communities since 1978. Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas’ campus includes Scripps Clinic Encinitas and an outpatient imaging center.

We’re home to notable specialty programs including a 24-hour emergency room, accredited stroke care, physical rehabilitation services (including a brain injury day treatment program), our Baby Friendly birthing pavilion and a Level II neonatal intensive care unit. Under the direct supervision of a pharmacist, the technician supports safe, accurate, and timely medication distribution throughout the hospital. Assists with preparing, packaging, and delivering medications; managing inventory in automated dispensing cabinets and central pharmacy; and maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant medication-use environment.

The technician plays a key role in ensuring efficient pharmacy operations and support high-quality patient care. This is a full time position with variable 8 hour shifts and every other weekend. Experience/Specialized

High school diploma or equivalent.
