High School graduate or GED. Active Registered Pharmacy Technician in good standing with the Board of Pharmacy, if required by the state of employment. Preferred Job

1 year of previous hospital pharmacy technician experience. National Certification (CPhT) (may be required by the state of employment). BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
