✓Is punctual and dependable and reports to work as scheduled.
✓Maintains absenteeism and tardiness within policy guidelines.
✓Maintains a neat, professional, and well-groomed appearance.
✓Observes the pharmacy uniform dress code.
✓Wears an identification badge.
✓Adapts positively to frequent interruptions and changes in workload and/or work schedule.
✓Works cooperatively with hospital and pharmacy staff.
✓Voices concerns and suggestions to appropriate persons in a positive manner.
✓Demonstrates sound professional judgment consistent with clinical and academic background.
✓Maintains strict confidentiality of patient, guest, and employee information.
✓Fosters a team environment by providing orientation and training to new team members.
✓Adheres to hospital and departmental policies and procedures.
✓Complies with all requirements related to risk management, safety, security, fire, and infection control.
