Pharmacy Technician II PRN Driving

• Job Requirements The Pharmacy Technician II PRN Driving provides essential pharmacy services including dispensing, preparing, compounding, and delivering medications and related documents. This role involves inventory management, compliance audits, financial transactions, and maintaining pharmacy records, all performed under the supervision of pharmacists and pharmacy leadership. The technician utilizes knowledge of medical informatics and regulatory standards to ensure accurate medication handling and patient safety. Responsibilities also include operating a motor vehicle to transport medications and documents, performing calculations and compounding in accordance with USP standards, and collaborating with healthcare teams to address patient-specific medication needs. Additional duties are assigned as necessary to support pharmacy operations. Work Experience Education & Experience - Required
• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Maryland Technician Registration or Maryland Pharmacy Intern Certificate or Pharmacy Student Technician Exemption Certificate is acceptable for students enrolled and in good standing at an accredited School of Pharmacy
• 6 months experience Education & Experience - Preferred 1 year experience preferred Licensure - Required
• Valid Maryland Driver’s License.
