Under direct supervision of a Pharmacist, assists in the timely and accurate dispensing of sterile hazardous and non-hazardous medications to patients in accordance with state and federal guidelines. Work
Available Shifts: 1.0 FTE Day/Eve rotating, with every other weekend on. 3 holidays per year Required
We are open to filling this position with a Certified or Non-Certified technician. Requirements for each are outlined below: Certified Pharmacy Technician : Must be registered with the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician. Technician certification required.
Certification as CPhT through either the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the Exam for the Certification of Pharmacy Technicians (ExCPT). Non-Certified Technician: Must be registered with the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician
One or more recent years Pharmacy Technician experience preferred.
