Pharmacy Technicians Supervisor - Field Operations

✓Requirements
Certifications
✓Certified Pharmacy Technician required (CPhT)
✓Certified Compounding Sterile Preparation Technician (CSPT) - required within 12 months of hire.
CPhT Advanced Certification preferred
Education
✓High School Diploma or GED.
Qualifications
✓Minimum of 5 years of pharmacy technician experience, OR
✓1 year of pharmacy technician lead/supervisory experience.
✓Only required if supervising Compounding Technicians.
✓Must be licensed and/or registered (if required by state)
✓Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
✓Able to perform advanced level mathematical calculations.
✓Excellent organizational skills.
✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✓The ability to delegate responsibility appropriately to ensure all work is completed accurately and timely
✓A high level of self-motivation, initiative, flexibility, and ability to work independently and under pressure
Previous home health experience. preferred
