✓Credentials: Completed Accredited Phlebotomy Certificate Course.
Education
✓Behavioral Standards: Exhibit behavior consistent with the Standards of Behavior as outlined by the Medical University Hospital Authority, including professionalism, teamwork, and adherence to ethical standards.
✓Completion of phlebotomy training or equivalent education.
✓High school diploma or equivalent.
Qualifications
✓Knowledge & Skill Development: Demonstrate continued development in phlebotomy techniques, with a focus on skill acquisition and the refinement of knowledge.
✓Supervision & Guidance: Perform phlebotomy tasks under the guidance and supervision of more experienced phlebotomists. While independent practice is a goal, initial work will be supervised until a competent level of practice is achieved.
