Phlebotomist - Laboratory, Varied Shifts, Per Diem

Under the direction of the Laboratory Supervisor of Support Services, primary duties include Phlebotomy, Specimen Processing, and Customer Service. Position

High school diploma or GED. Recent graduate of a phlebotomy program and/or certification as a Phlebotomist preferred. Individuals new to healthcare are encouraged to apply and will participate in the onsite Phlebotomy Training Program.

Specific skills, knowledge and/or competencies needed are: work independently, functional knowledge of the concepts of electronic information handling, attention to detail, thorough, concise, accurate documentation, function as a positive member of a team, handle multiple priorities in a high volume setting and handle confidential material with maturity, sensitivity and discretion.
