H. S. Diploma or GED Upon hire: National Phlebotomy Technician - National Organization Or Upon hire: National Medical Assistant Certification Or Upon hire: National Emergency Medical Technician - National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians or, Upon hire: Alaska Emergency Medical Technician License - State of Alaska Department of Health Within 30 days of hire: Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Coursework/Training and Completion of a phlebotomy accredited program preferred. 1 year of Phlebotomy experience.
