- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with acute and chronic musculoskeletal and spine-related conditions - Perform interventional procedures including, but not limited to: - Epidural steroid injections (interlaminar, transforaminal, caudal) - Facet joint injections and medial branch blocks - Radiofrequency ablation (RFA) - Sacroiliac joint injections - Peripheral joint and soft tissue injections - Ultrasound-guided procedures (preferred but not required) - Utilize fluoroscopy and/or ultrasound guidance for procedures - Develop individualized, non-operative treatment plans focused on function and rehabilitation - Coordinate care with physical therapists, primary care providers, surgeons, and other...
