You’ll need
Certifications
✓Certification in a specialty skilled trade required.
✓Pool & Spa Operator Certification required. 5-10 yearsin facilities management, building maintenance, or a related skilled trades field.
Education
✓Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training.

Qualifications
✓Solid knowledge and skills in the specialty craft supervised.
✓Solid supervisory skills to include organization, scheduling, assigning work and ensuring quality standards are met.
✓Skills to actively promote and maintain safety standards.
✓Solid skills to effectively select and evaluate staff, and to appropriately handle disciplinary issues.
✓Knowledge of building mechanical, HVAC and utility systems.
✓Knowledge and experience with maintenance and repair of Energy Management Control Systems, building systems, pumps and motors and heat exchangers systems.
✓Extensive knowledge and operational experience of pool systems Skill in communicating effectively and supporting staff both verbally and in writing.
✓Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
✓Proficient computer/technical skills.
✓Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
✓As a condition of employment, the final candidate who accepts a conditional offer of employment will be required to disclose if they have been subject to any final administrative or judicial decisions within the last seven years determining that they committed any misconduct
✓received notice of any allegations or are currently the subject of any administrative or disciplinary proceedings involving misconduct
