PT Evaluates and treats individuals, of all ages, suffering from disabilities due to injury or illness by the use of therapeutic exercises, physical modalities, and education as prescribed by a physician. Monitor patient's response and progress, modifying the treatment plan accordingly and documents same on medical record.
